Our minister at church went through something similar. They had a Robertsonian translocation, but even with that a 75% chance of viable embies. When they did a round of IVF, all 20 of the eggs they got fertilized and. . . were abnormal. It was the end of their long journey TTC as well, but it wasn't the end of their family story. They pursued domestic and international adoption and now have two beautiful boys and will shortly be coming up on the list for a Chinese adoption.
