So, how do you get your fix of nutrients each day? Is it really necissary to get all your servings of fruits, veggies and protein each day if you are taking a PNV? I am trying to eat healthy, but I feel like I am focusing too much on what "the books" say is healthy. I know as soon as M/S kicks in it won't be this easy! So, what does your daily diet look like?

i found my staple...plain bagel and cream cheese. I've had this for breakfast everyday for 2 weeks and still love it in the morn.
I now crave fruits that are juicy. I can seriously eat a whole watermelon right now...that and a pineapple.
