Can you review my registry!

I think I'm finished but not sure....I literally put everything on there b/c 90 women are invited to my shower (yup all family and close friends)....but my MIL thinks I don't have enough and I really don't know what to add.

Any tips or advice?  Oh and my bedding is being bought by my sister and SIL, so that's why it's not on there

  • Are those supposed to be clicky?  I can't click on them :(

  • if you're looking for more items, how about:

    - boppy slipcovers?  your boppy is gorgeous, but your baby will puke on it.

    - another sleep sack or two?  maybe in larger sizes?  As an adult, I can wear the same jammies all week long, but I don't generally pee on myself at night.  Something to consider.

    - you have newborn and size 2 diapers.  Maybe add size 1?

    - love those tommee tippee bibs (i registered for them too) but i'd add another pack.  and maybe another type of bib as well.  you'll want many bibs.

    - this is personal preference and obviously your decision, but i'd consider a window-cling style of car window shade.  the roller-style can be dangerous.  they can pop off the window during impact and become a pointy projectile right next to the baby.

    - are you interested in a bumbo?

    - how about one of those spinning bottle drying racks?

    - a mobile or crib soother?

  • Did you know your convertible carseat will go down to infant size & converts to a rear-facing carseat? I noticed you had both a reg infant seat & the convertible on your registry & just wondered why, when one will do the trick.

Lots of people prefer to have a separate infant bucket seat so they can take babycakes out of the car without waking him/her up.

OP - I saw you're getting the city mini.  you might be interested in the carseat adapter too.

    - you have newborn and size 2 diapers.  Maybe add size 1? I have a couple boxes of diapers already from amazon

    - love those tommee tippee bibs (i registered for them too) but i'd add another pack.  and maybe another type of bib as well.  you'll want many bibs.  I didn't want to register for too many bibs b/c I know people buy them either way....my sister ended up with about 75 lbs after her shower and I know people don't like to walk around and find a specific bib...but I will add another pack of the tommee tippe ones :)

    - this is personal preference and obviously your decision, but i'd consider a window-cling style of car window shade.  the roller-style can be dangerous.  they can pop off the window during impact and become a pointy projectile right next to the baby. Good to know!!  Thanks

    - are you interested in a bumbo?  My sister has one from my niece that she never used so I'll borrow that

    - how about one of those spinning bottle drying racks? We really don't have the room for one, and we have a regular drying rack for our dishes so I'll just use that.

    - a mobile or crib soother? The Homedics thing on my register is a mobile that projects on the ceiling and plays music...my sister has it and my niece LOVES it

  • Yeah I'd prefer both b/c the infant one can be taken in and out when she is younger....and it lounges back more.

I was going to get that but I found a great deal on the snap n go frame for $20 so I bought that instead

  • What about a carrier?  I would suggest the Moby and Ergo.  Also, Johnson and Johnson stuff isn't great for baby's skin.  Lots of people like Aveeno or Burts Bees.  I love California Baby (you can get it at Target).
