Re: feeling miserable advice

  • I am sleeping like CRAP. I actually cried to my mom on Saturday because Friday night I woke up at 11:30, 2:30, 4:30,5:30, 6:30 and then I gave up! I don't have any advice other than to try and limit fluids before bed and watch what you eat to help cut back on heartburn. But I am right there with ya!

  • Well my first piece of advice would be to go ahead and spell out "any." One more letter isn't going to take up that much of your time.

Also, if you heartburn is terrible you can talk to your doctor about being put on a prescription. I take Nexium daily...it's a must for me pregnant or not, and is safe for the baby.

As far as being on your feet all day, make sure you have on really good shoes and rest when you can. You can take Tylenol for the foot and back pain, but putting them up whenever you get a chance is really all you can do if you absolutely must stand. Not sure what you do, but maybe look into a stool or chair nearby??
