3) we wanted October but didnt want it to be too chilly so we picked the first weekend.

It was th eonly one we both had available(did a JOP at the courthouse and a reception later on)

Our wedding anniversary is February 17th (it's possible that we could share that day with our LO!)
We will have been married for 4 years.
We chose the day a.) because we had to work around MH's work vacation schedule and b.) I thought a winter wedding would be romantic and different!

3) October is my favorite month, fall is my favorite season, and my favorite holiday is Halloween so I wanted it somewhere near it. Oddly enough, I'm super excited that we will have some anniversaries falling on Friday the 13th! : )

i teach so i needed summer, that was late enough to be able to get stuff done but still go on a honeymoon before school started

funny you ask, it was yesterday - august 22nd
2) How many years will you be married on the next anniversary?
two, yesterday was our first anniversary
3) How did you pick the day you were going to get married?
we got engaged last february and wanted to get married before the end of the year. the place we chose was open only a couple of dates.

3) How did you pick the day you were going to get married? We didn't want it to be too close to my best friend's wedding (end of April) since I was her MOH. But, we also liked the date since it was 2 days after our dating anniversary. We got married 2 years and 2 days after we met.

3. DH is a teacher so we wanted to get married in the summer. He taught summer school that year so there was a short window of time for our honeymoon. It worked out great.

3) We were originally going to get married on July 18, but another couple we are friends with chose the date first. I wanted to get married in July because historically it's predominantly sunny & hot here in MI. We looked at the other Saturdays available in '09, saw the Fourth was one of 'em, and decided it would be fun to get married that day.

3) How did you pick the day you were going to get married? I wanted to get married in the summer, our reception was outdoors. Summer is our slow time at work, so it was easy to take time off.

3) I teach at a college, so I planned it for the semester break that was not during hurricane season.... and I liked 3.21 the best out of our few remaining options.

3. I just loved May and wanted to get married that month. We graduated from college the 2nd week in May, I thought the week after would be a little stressful, so we chose 2 weeks later to get married! It was a Friday night wedding, which was a lot of fun.

Actually my hubby picked it and called to tell me when I was out of town. I don't really know that there's any significance to that date other than it wasn't miserably hot yet

3) How did you pick the day you were going to get married? Part of it was my job at the time (Wedding and Event Coordinator.) I couldn't take off two weeks in the middle of high season. Our dating anniversary is March 19th so our six year anniversary was just a few days before we got married.

3) How did you pick the day you were going to get married? We wanted summer because DH was teaching and I just really wanted July for some reason. It was kind of the only Saturday that would work (didn't want the 4th and the other 2 were either the day of or before my 2 BM's bdays). I also really like the fact that the date is somewhat mathematical - 7/18/09 - 7+1=8, 8+1=9. The only downside was that my sister's anniversary is 7/20 but not a big deal, kind of neat.
