My 16 weeker (he'll be 4 months on the 28th) is not reaching for toys. If I put a rattle in his fist he'll hold it but he won't reach for toys on his own. He does most of the other milestones, assisted sitting, holds head up really well, standing on flat surfaces. Any advice? I know he'll develop at his own pace but curious to see if there is anyone can commesurate...

Re: 16weeker-not grabbing toys
My DD just started reaching for objects about a week ago... I wouldn't worry too much. I swear the milestones are there to just stress parents out... Every babys different.
SO TRUE.
Do you have an activity gym or something similar? I would remove the big hanging toys and just clip links on instead. Make sure they dangle down low enough so they are within the babies reach. This is how DS learned to reach for things (and finally open up that clenched baby fist!) so maybe it will help you too

This all the way. My DD has made most of her milestones, like head control, sitting up with support, etc., but she will not roll (either tummy to back or back to tummy) and doesn't seem interested in doing so at all.
DD started grabbing blankets, burp cloths, and her own clothes maybe about a month to a month and a half ago, but didn't start grabbing toys until 13 weeks. Only last week did it start becoming an every day thing.
DS just turned 5 months on the 15th & he just recently started reaching for stuff regularly a couple of weeks ago. Every child is different.
