Name I heard at Wal-Mart

Oh the things you will see/hear at good ol' WalMart! I heard a mother with a half a dozen kids under the age of 8 or so screaming at one of them and caught the name of the "naughty" child.......none other than "Dodge." Yes, like the vehicle. I hope the child was not named after the parents patriotism to Dodge versus Ford or Chevy. *Cringe* Hopefully it's a nn....??

    That was the name of Earl Hickey's one son on My Name is Earl!  Dodge and Earl Jr.

    This is exactly why I refuse to shop at Walmart--the people in there are frightening. Sadly, I doubt this was a nickname. They'll probably thought it was a great name. Let's just hope the other kids aren't named Ford, Chevy and Mercedes.

    Hey, Bentley and Lincoln are growing in popularity.  Why not have some Fords, Chevys, Buicks, or Mercurys running around too?

    Chrysler?  Honda?  Toyota?

    I had a customer who's name is "Japan".  When I asked if that's where he's from, he said "No, that's where I was conceived."  Maybe this is something similar?!

    My parents were going to name me after where I was conceived, but they didn't think that Backseat flowed well with our lastname. Stick out tongue

    I have a cousin who named his son Ford.  The kid is now 10 and awesome but stuck with that name for life.  

    Same cousin and his new wife are expecting a baby in February - I think this wife has more common sense though and won't name it something stupid.
