this is very true. I do use sunscreen on a daily basis, but it's true...
It's true. I still wouldn't say anything to anyone, but I only use California Baby on DD and Burt's Bees on myself to avoid most of the crap in normal sunscreen.

Mine recommended zinc and titanium based ones vs. chemical blocks.
BTW - I don't like the 2nd tri anymore...it's a scary place with weird people so I'm lurking here.
Sunscreen that has oxybenzone (and most do) is an endocrine disrupter/cancer-causing agent, so she's not wrong.

I use hippie sunscreen anymore, like California Baby or Badger Balm - the stuff with zinc oxide in it instead. Though it sucks bc it totally turns your skin white-ish purple.

This is true - I had some questions after learning about this but my OB told me that if I was concerned to try to find another sunscreen but she would rather I wear any sunscreen rather than go out unprotected. It's sort of a no-win I think

This! When i need it for my child, i will be spending the money on probably california baby....they also say to not put sunscreen on your baby before at least 6mths
