    I don't post much but lurk almost every day. 

     

    We are foster to adopt.

    Currently fostering 2 girls, ages 2 and 4 placed with us May 14th, 2010.

    we are doing domestic adoption through an agency and are in the middle of the homestudy process (one meeting down, two to go!)

    We are currently doing foster to adopt.  We have a sibling group that was placed with us in March.  Two girls and a boy 4,3, and 14 months.  We are currently going thru an intervention with them and hope to know in October if they will be our forever children.

    Thanks for doing a check in!  We are doing domestic adoption of a newborn through an agency.  Our homestudy visits will be complete August 20th unless something weird happens

    TTC #1 since 12/07 SA 9/08=borderline normal HSG 1/09 found R tube blocked Multiple IUIs both with oral and injectible drugs from 2/09-2/11 Started domestic adoption process in 5/10, homestudy complete 9/10 Failed adoption after home with baby for 2 weeks 11/10 Blessed through the miracle of private adoption with a son, born 6/6/11 (his grandma's bday) 7lbs 9oz 20.5 inches long! So worth the wait!

    Hi!

    We are doing Domestic Adoption.  We are currently waiting for a match since 11/18/2009.

    TTC since May 2006. After 3 failed Clomid cycles, 2 failed Injectibles/IUIs, 2 failed IVFs and 1 failed FET, we moved on to adoption!

    Last ditch FET resulted in BFP, and identical twin girls!

    We have adopted domestically, from the same city in which we live! DS is 2 1/2 years old yesterday!

     We had planned to adopt again, but after adoption of DD fell through after 6 months with her....we are not thinking we will try again. Too hard on DH and I and cannot put DS through it again we don't think...though we wanted a 2nd child very badly.

    Connor's mom....Our little monkey is 3....climbing and running and jumping his way to 4!

    We adopted (domestic infant) in June of 2008 and finalized in April of 2009.

    We are currently about 10 days away from being back on the waiting list (domestic infant) for baby #2. We are so excited!

    Alright, I'm a day late to this post.... and this is my first post on this board :)

    We are VERY early on in the process of domestic adoption - and we are hoping to adopt through our state's waiting children program. We are looking at possibly adopting a sibling group. We are just starting to gather information right now, and plan on actually starting the application process next summer.

    Hi! My DH and I are pursuing domestic adoption both through an attorney and an agency. We made the decision to adopt in December 2009 and met with our attorney and haver hierarchy our profile books on feb. 5. We completed our home visits in April, so we have been ready for a while. We had an interview with a birth mother at the end of June but she did not pick us. We decided to also go with an agency in June and are now waiting for the agency to Receive e home study our first social worker did so that they can update, do Our visits with the agency social worker and hopefully be active with them soon. We have a lozenge infertilityy history which is in my sig.

    Domestic infant adoption thru an agency.

    We are just getting started and are waiting to be approved. We are trying for a closed adoption.
