    My tap teacher when I was really little had the first name Candy. Her married last name was D!ck. I never knew this until my mom told me about it in high school and how she couldn't help but laugh when looking at the recital program.

    There was also a football player in high school names Precious Valentine.

    LOL. I asked the same thing. They claimed it was because they met on a cold november rainy night. I still tend to think they enjoy smoking and GNR a little too much.

    I just remembered another one - a guy in the company I work for:  Richard Wacker.  He's an executive. I have to imagine he must have always tried to work really hard to prove himself despite his name.

    I know a boy named Nimrod too. He is from Honduras and it is pronounced Nim-road. I think it is a fairly common name in that culture.
