Since I've been sleeping on my side, I've noticed my back hurting. Anyone try the snoogle? Have you seen the deluxe model that bascially encircles you all around so if you flip sides, you don't have to reposition the pillow. Not sure if this matters but I'm 5'2" and about 110lbs.
Re: Snoogle? Anyone try it??
I bought it thinking it would be the greatest thing in the world.... (after returning the boppy body pillow) and honestly? I could do without it, easily.
It's so big, and not very "breathable" so it's easy to get hot with it. I didn't think the size would be an issue because we have a big king sized bed.... but I find that I'd rather prop a pillow up behind me, then have an extra pillow in front of me... than have to mess around with the snoogle (or any body pillow, for that matter). For the money I spent on it, it definitely hasn't been worth it so far.

DH's pregnant cousin has one. DH wanted to buy me a boppy cuddle pillow, much smaller than a snoogle. I think it would work. Currently I have a Boppy wedge which I used w/ my 1st pg. I use the wedge plus one pillow under my legs and a small throw pillow that came w/ our comforter set for in between my legs and and even smaller pillow to wrap my arms around since I get pins and needles in my hands.
I just used a body pillow last time- I could tuck it under the belly.
I had back pain/sciatic pain the entire time last PG and it's starting now for this one. I used a support belt thing and everything and soaked in the tub nightly! Not much you can do about it, really. It sucks!!
This. I used it the 1st time and loved it. One of the first things DH said to me when I told him I was pregnant again was "Good thing we kept the snoogle!" Ha ha -- he was quite happy with it too.
