Need theme ideas for 1st birthday

I am starting to plan our LO's 1st birthday party and have not been able to find anything that I like as a theme for his party.

I have looked at local stores, party supply stores, and online and haven't found anything that "speaks" to me.

I don't really want to do a character theme, I'm looking for something really cute but a bit not so ordinary.

Any good ideas, websites to share, or blogs I could look at for inspiration??

We did ONE-derland. Alice in Wonderland type. But that might be too girly for you.

My friend just did a ocean One-derland. It was a ocean beach theme and really cute.

We ran into the same problem so our theme is bubbles. I'm excited to see how it all turns out!
