I just signed up for the Huggies and Pampers reward programs. I am wondering if they are worth the hassle of collecting points? Are the rewards worth it? TIA!

I did the pampers ones with my first, the thing that irritated me was that you would have to pay about $5 shipping for a $4 item. Wasn't worth it for me.
I used the Pampers one until they switched to the dry max cruisers. I never had to pay for shipping or anything and they came fairly quickly. All the really good rewards, like a 3 board book set or gift cards, tend to go quickly so you just have to check back every once in a while. I really liked it.
A bunch of groups have reward programs. At BRU, if you are a rewards member, if you buy 9 boxes of diapers you get one free. They also have deals where you buy 2 boxes and get a $10-$15 gift card. Plus, you can use coupons on the boxes. Then there are the reward points... It is a good deal.
