Moms with 11 week olds..head control

Are your LO's holding his or her head up on their own yet?  My little man is doing a decent job of it but he is not able to completely hold his head up on his own yet.  I'm just wondering if any other 11 weeks olds were the same.  I feel like my LO might be lagging in this department.  Any thoughts/suggestions on how to strenghten it?  We do tummy time(we try for 5-10 mins or as long as he can tolerate it)  and I also bought a Bumbo and put him in it for a few mintues at a time.

    Dylan does pretty well he's not 100% stable yet but he will be when he is ready. If you are doing the recommended tummy time your LO will hold up their head completely when they are ready to. No need to rush it honestly all babies develop differently.

    Just when I think our LO has it under control he goes and completely head butts one of us with his lack of control.  So, it sounds like we're in the same boat.  Just keep up the tummy time and it will improve!

    My LO does pretty good unless she drops her head forward.  Then she can't seem to pick it back up.

    My LO has pretty good neck control, but she's had good control since birth. I hold her in a seated position a lot (the same position I burp her in) which I think helps. Really though, I think they just do it when they're ready (like everything else).
    We don't do tummy time much at all, FWIW.
