Now she won't eat veggies...help?

I started DD with bananas then switched quickly to veggies at 4 months and she would eat them, but now she has refused to eat ANY veggie for over a week. She won't open her mouth, she turns her head, and even starts to cry.

I have tried sweet potatoes, squash, peas, corn, green beans, mixed veggies, all home made and canned (gerber).

Any suggestions? Do I force the issue or just give her the fruits she desires?

P.S Her solid-food meals typically go morning: fruit &oatmeal or rice cereal mix, lunch: rice cracker & apple sauce, dinner: veggie. She sees a GI specialist and this is the menu they suggested for her severe reflux (also on strict med schedule). She is also ebf

What about a blend of a fruit and sweeter veggie like sweet potatoes? Apple-squash? Pear-squash? Mix it in a 3/1 ratio at first and then increase the veggie? I have also mixed the veggies in with the oatmeal to introduce them...in my mind it makes the taste blander until she's used to it.

have you tried giving it with hi cereal. so on a spoon is half oats and half sweet potato. my son loves it that way but does not eat it mixed up./ now that he is used to the veg, i can give it to him without having to have the cereal.
