Hi everyone,
I have been having health problems for the past four years and I think i'm piecing together evidence that its related to a yeast sensitivity. I've had the blood test but it will be a couple of weeks until the results come in, and they aren't 100% accurate either, so I am going to try to jump start the diet on my own. Basically I can't eat anything with yeast in it, or sugar since yeast feeds on sugar. I currently crave sugar like crazy, and consume very large quantities of it (another symptom).
I thought i'd check on here to see if anyone follows this sort of diet and any advice is welcome! I am not sure I am going to be able to handle this, I am very picky and again, get intense cravings! However, I have to try, four years of pain and not feeling well is four years too many!
