Gymboree is not expensive....

Well, last night atleast!! I hadn't been to the store since we found out we were having a girl!! Thought I would check out the sales and walked away feeling like I got some of the best deals in years....

Overall, I paid $113 for 28 pieces of clothing.... my best finds were an adorable pair of capris and a matching sun hat for $0.99 EACH! I couldn't believe it and the original price on the capris was $30 something! I also bought a 3 pack pair of adorable 6-12 mo socks for $0.99 - that's $0.33/pair! I think the most expensive item I bought was a knit sweater for $7.99 --

I had to pick through all the red bins, but wow -- totally worth my time. I am going to another one today just to see if I can find even more luck at another store. They have these red bin sales 4 x per year according to the sales associate.

If you have a Gymboree near you, it migt be worth checking out...

  • I was just to Gymboree on Tuesday and got some pretty awesome deals too.  I found a cute little dress and sweater for $7.99 and some shorts for $0.49.  Everyone should definately check out the red bins.

  • Nice. I wish I knew what I was having so I could take advantage...
  • Do you have a Gymboree outlet near you?  I bought a ton of stuff (pants, onesies, fleece) for $5 each!

  • Gymboree does run some pretty good sales and you can often "stack" coupons on top of sales and gymbucks, so it can be pretty cost effective. The clothing washes nicely too, which is a plus. The only downside is that everything is super matchy matchy which is cute for babies but a little much on toddlers/kids :-)
