Question for BF moms who sometimes supplement

DS is EBF, but lately I've been giving him some formula in the evening (about 5-6oz) so he can hopefully sleep a little longer and so I can pump a decent bottle so DH can do a feeding for me in the middle of the night. I can't pump after I feed him, because I get like 2 ozs. The only way for me to get a full bottle is to supplement. DS still gets up every 3hrs to eat!! I'm praying that he will sttn sometime soon!!

Anyway, I'm used to BF poops so I just want to make sure this is ok. His first poop in the morning is greenish and thick! Different then his yellowish/orange thin BF poop. Is that from the formula? Are your LO's poops different when you give formula? I just want to make sure this is ok. He's not cranky or fussy, so I don't think he has a negative reaction to it.
