I have found that all I can eat lately are apples, bananas and saltines. Any one else want to share what they could keep down or food that makes them feel better? I'm grasping at straws here, I have literally consisted off of these three foods for a few weeks now and don't know how much longer I can take it!!!

MrsSeli - what kind of Cinnamon Spread? That sounds good.
I have also been eating dry toast. I'm really looking for something that I can eat that won't make me sick. I will try the chicken nuggets! I catch the train every morning by a breakfast place and smell bacon every morning, I'm still not sure if it makes me feel sick or if I want it yet! haha.

Mashed potatoes, applesauce and soup have been good for me. Sometimes the crackers, toast, etc. seem too dry and too much to chew to get down.
