I have a very strange baby!

We're just beginning the journey into solid foods.  When we did the first taste of sweet potatoes and squash, LO made a "yucky" face, and would only eat a few bites.  After 3-4 days, though, she came around and seemed to enjoy it. 

This morning we started peas.  I expected her to really refuse.  Instead, no yucky face, and she ate about 3/4 of the container.  I think she would have finished the whole thing, except she was working on a poop that had her preoccupied.  Have you tried those peas?  Disgusting.  Weird, weird child!

    I fully expect Dylan to be the same. He hates bananas but loves carrots. Weird.

    It will be interesting to see whether she likes peas the next time you offer them.  DD gobbled up rice cereal the first time we fed it to her, but wanted nothing to do with it the second time (or anytime thereafter, unless we mix it with fruit).
