  • Well fried is my fav but not the healthiest option. We usually marinate in soy sauce, garlic, pepper and a little bit of salt for about 30 mins and then broil or grill them. Always yummy.

  • Chili porkchops.  Cut chops into pieces and cook half way.  Add fresh salsa (make it--cilantro, tomatoes, green/white onion/jalapeno or buy it) to the pan.  Add some soy sauce and simmer.  Sounds weird, but it is soooo yummy with some refried beans and rice.

  • I tried a recipie once that was killer, but it sounds weird.

Get thick, boneless chops.  Brown some italian sausage and add stewed tomatoes.  Pour italian sausage/tomoatoes over raw chops. Cover and bake for 30 minutes at 350.  Sounds weird, but it was soooo good. I added salt, pepper, garlic and oregano.

  • Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder. Spread thin layer of Dijon mustard and lightly coat with flour.  Pan fry in olive oil.  Delicious.  Not so nutritious.  But super yummy.
  • Great suggestions!  Thanks ladies.  I think I'll try the marinade/grilling option tonight.

  • I put seasoned salt and pepper on them, and then put them on top of Stove top stuffing in a baking dish. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees until they're done.
  • Brown the chops in a pan first, then put them Into a roasting pan with potatoes, mushrooms, and a can of cream of mushroom soup poured on top of it all. Bake at 375F for about an hour.

Amazing creamy goodness (that's what she said hehe)

  • This is my favorite recipe. Add steamed asparagus and mashed potatoes and you have youself quite a yummy meal!

  • I like mine grilled and topped with a bechamel sauce with onions, garlic and mushrooms over a plate of linguine.
  • very easy, very basic recipe:

5-6 boneless chops, put in crockpot with one can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup, then fill that can with water and add. Salt/pepper to taste, cook 4 hours. The meat is verrrrrrrrrrry tender!!! Yum!!

  • so easy and so good...

put your chops in a baking dish and cover in roasted red pepper salad dressing.  top with a fruit and nut trail mix and goat cheese.  bake for 35 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven.
