in Pregnant after a Loss
My brown spotting turned bright red last night and is now back to brown. Ugghhh! I just wish I knew what was going on and where the blood was coming from. I will have been spotting for 2 weeks on Sunday. I already have a u/s Monday morning so I don't think I am going to call the nurse today. Even if it is bad news, there is nothing they can do for me over the Easter holiday weekend. Any other brown spotters have random red days??

    spotting is so tough to deal with. i know there's not much you can do. did your doc ever give you any reason for the spotting, or instructions on when to call (if it got heavier, if it continued for a certain length of time, etc)? you are in my thoughts and prayers hun.

    I had 2 u/s last week. One on Monday and one on Friday. Everything up to that point looked ok. They scheduled me to come back again this Monday, April 5th, for another ultrasound. The Dr couldn't see anything causing the bleeding, he just said we would have to wait it out and see. I saw the red blood last night and figured the pg was over but then today it is back to brown. It is so confusing.

    It really could go either way.  Just take it easy--rest--your obgyn is going to be able to tell you how the pregancy is going.

Good heartbeat at 1st appt. 12/16/09. Started taking fish oil. Perigestational hemorrhage and red bleeding 12/17/09. 2nd Ultrasound-8 weeks, still a heartbeat 12/17/09. Baby measured 9 weeks, still a heartbeat 12/23/09. Good NT Scan on 1/8/10, heartbeat 164. EDD 7/28/10. TEAM BLUE! Aidan Thomas born on May 26, 2010. Baby #2, BFP 11/27/11, EDD 6/5/12. TEAM PINK! Noelle Elizabeth born 4/30/12. Blessing from God, Blessing from God, Blessing from God, Blessing from God.
