My DS didn't finish 3 oz of his last bottle today, so DC sent it back home with him. They heat his bottles in a warm bath of water before feeding it to him, so the breastmilk has already been heated. I put it in the fridge when I got home.
Is it safe to reuse this to add to tomorrow's bottles? I have never had this come up before, DS usually always finishes his bottles.
TIA for any replies!

Once BM is heated it's suggested not to use it after two hours at room temp. That's what my LC told me anyway.
I personally wouldn't.

Toss it.
It's ok to leave at room temp until next feeding...but not ok refridgerate after heating then heat again
It is fine to refrigerate and reuse at the next feeding. From kellymom:
