Post it if you want but give a warning. I have no desire to see your (or any other bumpies) ass. You bare belly? I'm ok with that but your picture was a bit inappropriate.
How did you not know that might be offensive to someone? Personally, I dont give a hoot, but come on now. You're posting a pic in your thong on the internet. This doesn't send up any red flags for you?

This. I'm pretty careful about the pics I post on the internet, you never know what other people may do with them.
No worries! I think it's fine, but i'm sure some would appreciate a warning. Far worse in the mags in the check out line at the grocery store or billboards as you drive down the road.
i think you look great, and hope to look that good when i'm that far along! it was all a side view. however, my opinion would be different if it was a full frontal or back view!
Oh whatever. I think its a cute bump picture. People will always look for something to pick on. I can kind of see the point about people getting into trouble at work, but that's stretching it. Don't use your work computer for bumping if you might get in trouble! Far worse (and far more offensive) things have been posted on here. Maybe next time, put some pants on. You'll probably avoid some snark
My thought is if you have nothing to say about it then you shouldn't respond to the post. I thought the point of this board was to support one another, not make people upset.

I didn't find it offensive, you look great! Shoot, I put away all thongs weeks ago. Enjoy wearing them for me poor DH loooves the graany panties I'm sure!
Just be careful posting them, anyone can copy it off here.

I just asked for a warning so I would know it wasn't something I wanted to look at. She should have warned about the contents before posting that.

You really haven't been around for long have you?
Yeah I have but do you girls have to be so darn rude to her? I mean come on it's just a picture and like someone else said the pictures in the magazines at the checkout counter is much worse than that. It's not like she was showing anything.

My thoughts exactly....
Andjen--nowhere has it ever been stated this board is for support, even though we often do support one another. A message board is for conversation, learning, and discussion--which includes people disagreeing. You have to be ready for people to comment on whatever you post, whether you like what they have to say or not. It's the nature of a message board. People disagreed with her posting that pic and commented...no big deal.

Yeah she should have put a warning in the title, I'm talking about all the other snarky comments she's gotten.

Agreed. Really, if you've ever looked at an online magazine or shopped online at work, I'm sure you've seen worse. I don't get the blaming other people for you getting in trouble at work thing. You can't control what people post on the internet and its kind of silly to ask people to make sure they don't post anything you might get into trouble for! JMO.
People are making a big deal out of nothing. Seriously it's your body and if you want to show it off like that WHO CARES! Gosh people need get their freaking hormones under control! You do what you want and don't apologize for crap.
I'm not reading through all of this b/c I honestly don't see the big deal. We all have a$$es. Didn't offend me in the least. In fact I wish mine looked more like yours!

You look great! I didn't think anything of the thong. So now we know to put a warning up for either those at work or those who are wound a little tight. Lesson learned, move on ladies.

It's not about jealousy. It's just that SOME of us aren't idiots when it comes to computer privacy. Would you want it printed and shown to your Mom? Grandma? Boss? If not, don't post it on the interwebz. It's not rocket science. Things shared here, on FB, or anywhere else are no longer private and could be shared with anyone.
And IMO, if you're really cool with a picture of yourself in a thong being shown to random people and possibly friends/family/coworkers, you might be an exhibitionist.

I think it's her business if she wants to show it to people. This is a public site and if you don't like what you read/see, don't comment and move on. I think the crazies making the photo a big deal are just looking for drama.

All of this.
This looks like a pic you'd see on some sort of "Meet young sexy singles" website..minus the belly...probably.
I mean its a cute belly and all...it you can even get past your butt/panties to look at it.
To each their own, but I'm not really interested in seeing pics of women in thongs, no matter how good they look.

I feel like holding an "Internet Safety for Dummies" course, but I don't think anyone would take it. So many people think it can't happen to them, until it does. Then they bitch_and_moan about how mean people are.
I wonder if you were wearing granny panties if there would be so much controversy...
I think you looked fab! and its not like your crack was showing or anything. If that pic was in Vogue or something it would have been a just fine... even at work

Eh, you think that since you've been around for a long time you can dictate what other people can and can't post, and what is or is not appropriate. In your opinion your delicate eyes were offended. It's the internet. Get over it.

If people are allowed to be snarky b*tches then people are also allowed to post whatever pictures they want. You don't own the board. Get over it.
Re: Wow...
This! A warning would have been nice!
I thought it was fine, but I do think the NSFW (not safe for work) is probably a good disclaimer.
BTW I think you look fab!

The picture looked good, FWIW. Probably did need a warning, but other than that, no big (to me).
I do love some excitement on a Tuesday afternoon, though.
