Never imagined the snarkiness I'd receive from posting a bare belly pic in underwear. You'd think I was flashing my boobs and hooha spread eagle. 

For those I truly, honestly, did offend, NEVER my intention.

    This. I'm pretty careful about the pics I post on the internet, you never know what other people may do with them.

    No worries!  I think it's fine, but i'm sure some would appreciate a warning.  Far worse in the mags in the check out line at the grocery store or billboards as you drive down the road.

    Oh whatever. I think its a cute bump picture. People will always look for something to pick on. I can kind of see the point about people getting into trouble at work, but that's stretching it. Don't use your work computer for bumping if you might get in trouble! Far worse (and far more offensive) things have been posted on here. Maybe next time, put some pants on. You'll probably avoid some snark :)

    I just asked for a warning so I would know it wasn't something I wanted to look at.  She should have warned about the contents before posting that.

    My thoughts exactly....

    Andjen--nowhere has it ever been stated this board is for support, even though we often do support one another.  A message board is for conversation, learning, and discussion--which includes people disagreeing.  You have to be ready for people to comment on whatever you post, whether you like what they have to say or not.  It's the nature of a message board.  People disagreed with her posting that pic and commented...no big deal.

    Agreed. Really, if you've ever looked at an online magazine or shopped online at work, I'm sure you've seen worse. I don't get the blaming other people for you getting in trouble at work thing. You can't control what people post on the internet and its kind of silly to ask people to make sure they don't post anything you might get into trouble for! JMO.

    It's not about jealousy. It's just that SOME of us aren't idiots when it comes to computer privacy. Would you want it printed and shown to your Mom? Grandma? Boss? If not, don't post it on the interwebz. It's not rocket science. Things shared here, on FB, or anywhere else are no longer private and could be shared with anyone.

    And IMO, if you're really cool with a picture of yourself in a thong being shown to random people and possibly friends/family/coworkers, you might be an exhibitionist.

    All of this. This looks like a pic you'd see on some sort of "Meet young sexy singles" website..minus the belly...probably.

    I mean its a cute belly and all...it you can even get past your butt/panties to look at it.

    To each their own, but I'm not really interested in seeing pics of women in thongs, no matter how good they look.
