When do I start taking Mucinex?

I read on this board that Mucinex helps with CM.  When do you start taking it though?

    Take it from the end of your period through ovulation.  Be sure it is the regular Mucinex that only has guaifenesin in it.  The other ingredients (antihistamines, etc) may have the opposite effect of drying out CM.

    I agree with PP- I havent tried it but I would start at the end of AF and take it until you have confirmed O.
