I am so happy & grateful that someone is able to donate meds. It saves us so much $$ you don't even know. It's a small token but I would like to send a gift card to cover at least the S&H charges. WWYD?
I will defiantly send a thank you card but was thinking a gift card instead of a personal check. Just a little treat for them. I have had meds were there was no return address so I couldn't do it.
I think you can't go wrong with a personalized thank you and a gift card!

Next Steps - who knows?
I have donated enough times and never received any sort of reimbursement (except for one awesome girl). The shipping was only around $5 each time, but it still added up. I never requested it from the girls I donated it too, but it would have been nice to at least get a thank you card back. My latest donation never even said a word to me. :-(
I have never received any donated meds but when I donated meds to some fellow IF'ers I got a few nice thanks you notes and I got some nice gift cards to. It was very thoughtful. One time though I didn't even get a thank you note and I thought that was pretty rude.

I begged to cover the shipping but she was stubborn and wouldn't accept it.
this. I just made sure to pay it forward, and wouldn't accept s&h when I donated meds to other people.

Wow! That is upsetting to hear. I think the very least that is in order is a thank you note, if a return address is provided.

I actually never got a written thank you note from any ofthe girls I've donated 2, there have been 3. But at least two of them emailed me and said thank you. That was enough for me. I never heard from the third girl, but it would have been nice to know she got them.

I also just donated without asking or taking money for shipping since none of the women that have donated to me have allowed me to pay them.
I kind of feel badly though because I'm so accustomed to e-mail and it being enough, but I can see how a personalized card would make a bigger impression. Even if they won't take money, I'll at least get their address to send them a little card!
Re: If you rec'd donated meds-do you return a favor to cover the s&h?

This! But I'll send a nice baby gift because my donor is KU
