In my head it is ness-ya. Nessa was a nickname and one girl in particular changed it to Necia which is a Spanish word for being a pain or easily annoyed. It's a hard word to translate. It was in a playful way. So there is your random post of the day.

Yeah you threw me off with that one. I thought of a better definition of Necia. Easily irritated. Sound much nicer than being a pain. :-)
