Why do people do this? Self belly pics in mirror

in 2nd Trimester

I don't understand people who can't seem to clean their mirrors when taking self-portrait belly shots.  HELLO!  I can see your toothpaste spots.  Up the whole mirror.  Do you spit *on* the mirror instead of in the sink?

Take 5 min to clean that up, *then* take the picture.

    Meh I do it sometimes when I am taking a quick picture for BPF on BOTB.

    I don't really care if people can see my mirror is dirty.

    ETA: It is the easiest mirror for me to use for the self photos.

    haha, when I took my first one I had MILs phone number written on the mirror in dry erase marker and didn't even think about it... That one got deleted off facebook once someone pointed it out...

    maybe like me they suffered from momentary pregnancy brain??? lol

    Totally agree in that case.  BPF is one thing...a signature picture is another.

    I wonder if you're referring to my pics I posted on FB today-since we're friends.  And honestly, I dont' get it either.  The bathroom in my picture is my half bath and there is no teethbrushing going on in there.  The mirro doesn't look nearly as dirty IRL as in the pics.  I think it's my camera.  Or the ghosts.

    Nope, not you.  :o)  The one from today is obviously dirty, to the point where she had to see the spots.

    I knew a girl on FB who was doing this it was BAD not just s couple of spots...there was water streaks plus spit marks. SO every time I am in the bathroom with H he cleans it so we do not have a Jillian mirror! ahaha

    I have thought the exact same thing!  I have seen a ton on here that are ewwww!  I haven't posted one myself, but if/when I do I will just have someone do a pic for me  :o)
