I have both registries done, shower scheduled for April, invites are in progress, ordered and received our crib and mattress, DH painted a vintage dresser my mom had for Baby Love, my mom has started working on the nursery bedding (to include curtains, diaper stacker and some decor) and I have already bought a fair amount of clothes. I am happy because I feel like we have accomplished a lot! Not sure if we are going to paint the room, it is a tan color now and we may just leave it. Where is everyone else at?

Tee hee! I am at 15
nursery: painted, furniture in place and dressed, yeah it's pretty much done
my mom brought our going home outfit over!
Shower lists of invites have been given to the hostesses.
I still need to wash baby everything, paint the curtain rods, guess I'm doing okay!
My registries are done, we have a bunch of clothes and gear already (hand me downs) and we don't need to set up a nursery, because we are moving at the end of the summer, so baby will get a nursery in the new house in September.
I'm pretty crazy about planning too, but we only think we know the gender and won't be sure (hopefully) until next monday, so I can only do so much!
Our nursery was already painted green before when it was an office but it's a pretty light green so we're keeping it. I bought abou 20 outfits (some gender neutral like ducks and frogs) but the rest for a girl (I kept the receipts of course). I have also purchased a few paintings for the nursery, we're doing an animal theme so it works for boy or girl, and I'm helping my mom find good baby shower locations in the city. Oh and I'm almost done with my registries! And I'm now drinking V8 drinks since I don't think i'm getting enough veggies

We have our registries finished. My shower is scheduled at the end of April. We bought our crib, mattress and changing table, some clothes (okay, a lot of clothes. eeps) and have bought a few other items (the bouncer, pnp, swing, etc.) Nursery isn't started at all (sister and nephews live with us, though they are moving out soon).
I think that's about it!
Sara
The nursery is painted and carpeted as well as our room since she'll be sleeping in there the first few months. Ordered the crib and dresser at 20 weeks and just put it together and set it up in there last night! Ordered a rocking chair we haven't recieved yet and am recieving our bassinet/play pen from my MIL tonight. We've bought/recieved a bunch of clothes in various sizes. We've put up the window valances and wall art and just need to put the closet together. We've even got some toys and such ready too! My sister in law and sister have sent invites for my shower in April and reserved a hall for that and are preparing everything already.
Still a bit of work to do in setting things up, but little by little we're getting the nursery almost there. My thought was that I didn't want to be rushing in the last couple months to get everything finished!
This. Aside from the basics like routine exams, picking a name, ultrasounds, etc. we have gotten a lot done.
We completed our registries, painted the nursery, set up our glider, put together our stroller, bought a ton of clothes, a co-sleeper, and our Ergo carrier. We also picked up some little things as we saw them on sale, such as bottles, swaddling blankets, etc. Our crib and dresser have been ordered, we are just waiting for them to come in. We have picked out a wall decal/mural, but are going to order it closer to when our furniture is set to arrive.
The shower date is set for May and the hostesses were already given an invite list. As far as I know, the invitations have been ordered and will be going out later this month.
I picked out his going home outfit - I just need to sit down and olace the order.
Just this past weekend we took a prenatal partner yoga workshop and the week before that we took our baptism prep class. We have also signed up for classes on cloth diapering and preparing our pets for LO's arrival. I have picked the other classes that I want to take, such as breastfeeding and labor and delivery, but we are holding off for another week or so to register because this month is pretty busy.
DH and I are also reading a book on Hypnobirthing and The Happiest Baby on the Block.
