What is the proper definition of *Stabby*?

...I love the word and just want to use it correctly.

I literally said it our loud after my shower b/c I changed my clothes 784 times...

    I don't know-I've got a stabby headache but I don't think that's it.   I took it to mean a pissy, grumpy, "I could stab someone" mood.
