I think I'm getting carpal tunnel

I've spent WAY too much time on my laptop on the couch this week and my right wrist is SUPER sore! Tomorrow I need to find something else to do!!

    I've had my own computer since I was like 9 years old, I'm terrified I'm going to have carpal tunnel.

    Can't live with em, can't live without em :)

    Morgan - I know it's harder with laptops - but try this.

    Reposition your wrist more often. If you normally type from above raise the laptop / and vice versa.

    The repositioning will reduce the strain.

    (I am on one at least 13 hours every day)...

    I've been changing the position of my wrist over the course of the day but it still gets sore. I'm just going to give it some time off :)

    I've heard that carpal tunnel does occur during pregnancy for some women.  Hopefully it doesn't get too bad for you!

    Ouch! I've had wrist problems for years and I'm hoping that it doesn't develop into carpal tunnel. I hope the time off takes care of it so you can get back to bumping (just maybe in moderation...lol)
