Do your kids fight over the TV/which movie to watch yet? How do you let decide who gets to watch a movie? Two different TVs? Take turns?

I got lucky....josh was never really into TV and the girls both liked the same thing and they still do.

It depends, sometimes we watch what SD wants, sometimes DS, sometimes we make them agree on something, sometimes we just turn the tv off, sometimes we watch what WE want to. Change it up!

They fight almost every time they get to watch something. I think they look for reasons to fight!

Usually I tell them no movie unless they can agree on something.

Take turns.

Usually it is the "treat" for being good. If they both have been good it is who ever makes up their mind quicker. It usually works out even.

THIS!! They fight over who gets to open teh door. Who gets to get toilet paper for the bathroom. Who gets to set the table. Who gets to turn the TV on. Its ridiculous.

I'm a super mean mom and as soon as the fighting starts I say "ENOUGH! I get to pick!" and I pick something OTHER than what they were fighting over...Tay wanted Hannah Montana. Audrey wanted iCarly....and they fight...well then we are going to watch the Dora.....

They take turns, but it's usually ok, exceot fot Thomas. DD can't handle Thomas. Sometimes I make him give in - the screaming, the screaming.
