I hear someone's holding out...? :)

I originally planned to wait until after our next (12 week) appt but heard the call for revealing the ?hold outs? and couldn?t resist this opportunity. We're PREGNANT!!!

 

I?ve been gone from the boards for a while, in a nutshell here?s why.  For years we?ve been dealing w/ stage IV endo and the resulting infertility.  Western treatments, Eastern treatments, diets, shots, pills, whatever we've done it. This past Fall we made a Texas tour of docs and specialists who all said our only option to A. have a baby and B. to get rid of the endo was to do IVF... which isn?t an option for us.  So we decided to be done w/ TTC, move on to what life has in store for us, enjoy the time and gifts of each other and carpe diem. We decided to LGLG. Our plans were to adopt in the future after a possible career change for me and a possible move from the ATX.  Lots of changes in store and haha that?s what we get for making life plans.

 

After the first of the year we were very excited, surprised and blessed to realize that we?re expecting.  This is the furthest we?ve made it in any of our pregnancies so we?re pretty excited but yet still pretty cautious. I'm sort of holding my breath and praying for a miracle that our next appt goes well... *it will, it will, it will*

 

Please no comments on FB as DH's family doesn't know yet (long story). :) and sorry about the wait, Tuesdays are long days for me and I don't have access to the nest until now. Hope your expectations weren't let down...
