So, I just realized that Chicco now makes a stroller frame (snap n go type stroller). Anyone have this? I'm mostly curious how you get the infant seat out - it 'snaps' in and how do you get it out? And does the 'snapping' in cause disturbance to baby? With #1, I loved to be able to move her in/out of the car and in/out of the Graco stroller frame without her waking up. Just wondered if the extra security of the snapping in makes for a loud noise or bump to the seat. Also, why I'm wondering how you get the carseat out of it..... TIA!

Re: Chicco KeyFit Caddy stroller
This. We have it and it worked out very well for us. The fact that it "clicks" into the frame means it's more secure.
The third time was the charm!

Thanks, ladies - definitely sounds like a winner, just wish it was cheaper. You'll be happy with the car seat for sure - and I found ways to get it in/out of the base without making too much noise, so glad to know the stroller works the same way. When putting the seat into the base, you can press on the release bar and then lower it in, releasing the orange bar when it is all the way in - avoiding the audible 'click' (and slight movement). I apparently was very cautious with my sleeping baby the first time around
Not sure if you'll like the way it works, but there is a cheaper option.
Baby Trend makes the Snap and Go. It works perfectly with Chicco KeyFit. My SIL has the Cortina and has zero issues using the Snap and Go. It's got a belt that goes over the top of the carseat to lock it in.
Walmart and Target sell it for $55.
I considered the Baby Trend Snap and Go, but didn't like the idea of the belt holding the carseat onto the caddy. I decided to pay a little extra and get the Keyfit caddy that the carseat snaps onto.
We have the Caddy and love it. Easy to use and it seems like it keeps the carseat a bit higher than the other frame strollers. We got it since we were not getting the travel system and I wanted to take time to find a stroller we really wanted.
Also the "click" isn't that loud. LO has never been woken up but it even when he was just dozing.
