So, a couple weeks ago I posted about my sticker shock from the nearly $800 lab bill we got for bloodwork. The financial specialist at my RE's office said she didn't think insurance would cover it...but I went ahead and filed it anyway and we got the notice today that it was covered 100%!!! I'm so relieved, it's one less thing out of our pockets. Oh, and the funny thing is that ins. negotiated the fees from $800 to $90. Talk about ridiculous that we almost had to pay that.
Re: Woohoo! Ins. covered labs!
