I think they sell them at pretty much any store, but if you find curtains that you like that aren't blackouts you can add a blackout liner to the back of your regular curtains. We have white curtains in DS's room, so that's what we did...I think they work pretty well.
It's been a while, but I'm pretty sure this is the one we have. It doesn't absolutely block all the light so we left the cheapie blinds up behind it. The cheapie blinds are inside mount and this is outside mount, so it's not perfect but it works pretty well and no one would ever know.
This isn't really what you are looking for, but we bought roman shades and will put those up and then curtains....just in case you don't find what you want. GL
