C-section scheduled - 2/15!!
Eeeek!! While it wasn't the route I would have chosen initially, it is the best option at this point. With baby's size and my family history of having very big babies and being rushed to emergency c-sections because of that, we aren't willing to risk it. We'd rather have a calmer more relaxed birth experience.
We went for another growth scan yesterday and baby is now weighing in at an estimated 9lbs.14oz. and we still have 2 weeks to go. Yikes!
As my mom so eloquently exclaimed, "Oh my god she's gonna be so cute and chubby!"

Congrats!! How exciting!
I was induced early with Cam and I have to admit that I thought it was weird knowing when my baby was coming too... It was nice to be able to leisurly pack and shower and head to the hospital makeup done and cute pj's on though
I am so excited for you and cant wait for pictures!
Haha, yeah, a little weird, but kinda nice too. We can drop the dogs off, and make sure we have everything packed. DH and I are major planners so we kind of like it.
How exciting!

That's how big my kids were at 2 months old! You're so right yours will be so cute and chubby! You will get great newborn photos. My kids were all boney and funny looking

How nice to hvae a plan! I firmly believe well cooked babies sleep and eat better because their tummies can hold more food to tide them over longer.

I totally think that this is the way to go, if they at all forsee any complications. My midwife said that if I was induced, I would have a c/s. If only we had known how right she was, it would have saved a lot of hassle and heartache.
We are going to go for a c/s next time too.
