apparently head down means nothing.... (had my baby)

yesterdaylittle miss Kaydence Sophia was born at 5:08 PM yesterday at 7lbs 3oz 21 inches long via emerency C-section. At 4:10 PM I was dilated to 4cm and my water broke, about 4:55 PM I was feeling pressure and was fully dilated. However when my water broke Kaydence turned herself and her foot was coming out. They held her in until I got to the OR and then just knocked me out.... No spinal or anything, but I think I'm doing ok despite that.
