I currently work full-time (40-50 hours per week) in a management position. This isn't the type of position that I could job share, or go PT - its all or nothing. I truly feel like going back to this job will be too overwhelming for me, and not good overall for my family. I'm looking into doing a consulting job that would allow me to be self-employed and choose my clients/hours. I would still be working about 30 hours per week, but they would be more flexible.
Did any of you decide to change your job after baby to better accomodate your family life, or am I being a baby about this working thing? The whole decision has been stressing me out lately...
