Sinus Infection and BFing sucks

I have been trying not to take meds at all since I am BFing. Of course I have the mother of all sinus infections now. I have to go to the DR tomorrow and I know all the crap he is going to give me. I wonder if I can get away with just taking the antibiotic?

Anyone have any other solutions?

I use a neti pot, but I slacked for a few days and volia! sinus infection. I am actually to stuffed to use my neti pot. sad face.

Same here. I'm afraid to take the antibiotics though- too scared of thrush!!!
