Do you get up before LO, to have some time to yourself in the morning? Even just a few minutes for coffee, shower, whatever?
I really like the idea of doing that, but I find myself sleeping until the last possible minute, when DS wants up too. This is usually around 7:30 or 8.

Re: What time do you get up in the morning?
I always have great intentions to do this but when the morning rolls around I just can't drag myself out of bed before I have to!
Usually anytime from 7:30 to 9
I've been getting up with DD at 5:30am since day 1
I take a shower the night before, and she sits in the bathroom with me and plays with her bath toys on the floor while I get ready for work.

DD starts waking at 5am, we bring her to bed with us then we all sleep until 7-730. Starting tomorrow though, when I go back to work PT, I'll have to get up before DD does.
It's gonna be rough.

DS gets me up every morning. He wakes up anytime between 6-7:30. He's a very easy, happy baby in the morning, though. He'll play by himself while I drink my coffee, check my e-mail, watch the morning news etc. He then takes a nap at 9:00 and that's when I shower and get ready for the day.
