So, tell me...how is the 30 day shred working for you so far?

Just wondering the results people are getting so far. I am thinking about ordering the DVD and I'm wondering if it's worth it. Thanks!

  • I am doing it...although I am quite discouraged today, I think in the end (once I get over my lack of patience and unrealistic expectations) it will be worth it.  You can check my blog to see how it goes for me if you want.

  • I haven't done it in a week, but I've lost 5.2 lb and about 2" everywhere on my body.

    Keep in mind, though, I weigh 300 lb.

  • Today was my first day and wow am I out of shape
  • I've been doing it for the last couple of weeks.  I do the 30DS on the days that I don't run - about 4 days a week.  I haven't lost a lot of weight yet but I've toned.  I was able to put on my pp jeans yesterday with about 15 pounds still left to lose!

     It's been worth it for sure!

  • It's awesome, totally kicks butt, and it's really tough, but so worth it in the long run!
  • I definitely feel more muscle in my arms and my legs look toned. I feel the muscle on my abs. I just need to work on the eating healthy part to lose the fat over the muscle...it is worth it. I say go for it :)

  • Well I opened the DVD case once....

    I so need to get motivated. Maybe I should post bikini pics or something on the bathroom mirror. Wait, that would just make DH happy & me miserable. Ugh.

  • Hmm, I kind of fell off the 30DS wagon but I DID notice a big endurance increase like my second or third time doing it.  It's a great workout!

  • I love it.  I've lost weight (around 10 lbs now) and I've toned up a lot.  I didn't do my workout over the weekend because I worked 12 hour day shifts back and back, but before that I've only missed one day.
