blue screen of death

DOOD i am soo ticked off!!

my laptop restarted to dl updates and when it restarted it KEPT restarting and before i realized why....it was the freaking BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH!!!!!!!!!!

I have soo many files and picutres on there. I will be so upset if i lose every thing on there.

It isn't like i need the comptuer bc we have desktop, dh has his laptop and then mine...but STILL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Guess i know what im getting for my bday or our annivesary or v-day Stick out tongue

    thats why i was away so long from the bump!!!! I was getting them every ten to fifteen minutes...finally i had to give up and get a new one!!!

    Not sure if you have a best buy where you are, but we just got a new laptop for $329.99. They have some really good deals right now.

    oh yes...there is a best buy close to us! I will be checking it out!! Im just soo irritated bc RIGHT NOW...when laying in bed with the laptop is so nice!

    I hope you don't loose your data.  A good reformat should take care of that problem though.  DH is a computer programmer and he gets the blue screen of death all the time due to the nature of his work.  It can be very frustrating.

    I utilize that site geekstogo.com. it is wonderful! and FREE...Anytime i have a computer issue, i use it. It might take a few days (or weeks sometimes) to get the issue corrected, but worth it to me.

    yeah blue screen of death is no prob for my DH...he's fixed even that. If you want, he can trouble shoot it for you, probably over the phone or computer. Just PM me!
