They usually say yes to regular Tylenol though and not Extra Stength. You have a lower limit on what's safe (from 4000mg per day pre-PG to 2000mg while PG).

i actually called my obgyn yesterday at 7:30 in the am because i am terrbily sick and needed to see if there was anything i could take.
i am 6 weeks tomorrow and she told me i could either take 2 regular strength tylenol or 1 extra strength (one extra strength is only 1 1/2 times stronger than a regular).
Yes! I was in the hospital last week and this week and both times it was what they gave me for fevers & a headache. They just try and give as low a dose as possible. But out of all pain meds, Tylenol is supposed to be the safest for pregnancy (any trimester).
