Hey lovely!

My day was good....expensive...lol, but good!

Went with my mom today as she bought a car. It sucks to sit around for hours while they do all the paperwork. But, at least I got to spend some time with her today!

Jealous! I love hanging out with my mom, although every time I talk to her, she give me a name of a "new" baby doc to call, lol...Nice that she got a car! What did she get?? I am thinking about getting a new (used) car but not sure what to go with. I want a SUV...

My day was very relaxing. The holidays for me means less phonecalls and less interruptions throughout the day so I actually get my work done.

LOL. My mom only wants to talk babies too. I told her that I made an appointment to go see the doctor in January and she thinks that it's too soon and I'm worrying about nothing. But she doesn't have a clue about ANYTHING as far as trouble TTC goes, so I just brush her off with a grain of salt when it comes to what she thinks in that arena!

She bought a used 2009 Range Rover Sport HST Limited Edition. It only had 9,000 miles on it and got a killer deal with 1.9% financing. It is absolutely GORGEOUS. I love, love, love SUV's. They might not be the most environmentally friendly, but they sure are a lot safer. And easier for me and all the animals to get around! We get to go pick it up tomorrow. Maybe she'll let me drive it home.

You're lucky that the holidays mean less phonecalls and distractions. For me it means twice as much shiit to do and people to deal with! I'm getting ready to pull my hair out!!!

I do feel relieved that I have an answer now. Now just anxious to restart this cycle and start all of my "pin cushion" sessions with the lab. But I feel good, I am hoping 50mg will do the trick and I only need one. Because shell out $100 isn't all that great because that means more money for all of the testing to follow in the same cycle.

ETA: What has your OB said about your short LP? Have you tried B6 or I think it's Raspberry pills.

Oh okay, I just noticed that in your siggy and wondered.

$100 was only for the Serophene aka. Clomid. But for all of the b.w and ultrasounds, it costs more. Especially since I don't have Infertility coverage. But I noticed each of the visits costs less than the other clinic which was $350 compared to the $80. I only had to pay $20 right now, so we will see what happens when they send that off to my insurance company.

Blue- Is it too late to add fertility coverage to your insurance? Or now since you've been to an RE and they've discovered a problem, would they say it is a preexisting condition and deny it? Insurance companies can be HORRIBLE to deal with. I wish you luck!

Oh man. I went cookie crazy. Accidentally poured in double the flour...so I had to double the rest of the recipe. Made 200 cookies for 15 people. Kitchen was a mess. But they are delicious! I'll be eating them well into 2015!
