Feel like I'm going to be sick.

I have a small group of girlfriends from college that I've kept in touch with since school, and they are very special to me. On Saturday one of them suddenly lost her husband. None of us even knew he was sick (I don't know if they even did?). Last I heard they were on their way up here for Christmas, and suddenly he's on life support and then gone. They have a two year old baby girl. Then this morning another friend in our little group lost her mother to cancer. I'm sitting here in my office feeling like I could just throw up.
