T&P for DH's grandmom, please?

DH's grandmom (Sarah's middle namesake) is 94 year old.  She's been in pretty good health for her age and is still very with it mentally but in the last few months she's been sent to the hospital (which is, thankfully, right next to her nursing home) a few times for various pain issues.  She sent her to the ER last night and they didn't admit her, but she's in a lot of pain and she needs more help than they can provide in the assisted living area of the nursing home where she usually lives, and they are transferring her to an area that does more PT and OT in hopes of working her back up to where she was. 

She is the cutest, sweetest little old lady but I also know that, as morbid as it sounds, she wants to die (her husband died about 15 years ago and she often says she's just waiting for Jesus to make up his mind).  I'm worried this is the beginning of the end and, if so, I really hope she just goes in her sleep one night instead of being in increasing pain for months if not more.  Poor grandmom. Sad
