Sports Authority has the Asics Gel Kayano on sale for 99.99 which is usually 140.  It is, IMO, the best running shoe...I have worn it for over 10 years!  I always try to find them on sale because of the price.  There is free shipping now too. FYI the coupons don't apply to this purchase.

    How's the cushioning in the heel from your experience? I'm a heel striker, and the shoe I wore training for my last 1/2 marathon was just ok IMO.
