Re: Newbie Play Date - Flame Free!
Okay I'll play....
How come if the sperm is there and the egg is there EVER month.... there's no baby in my ute????
<a href="http://s975.photobucket.com/albums/ae238/MaMaSiBs/?action=view
this....
Sounds like they just aren't meeting up yet! Swimming past each other?
How long have you been TTC? Have you had any testing done? There is only a 20% chance each cycle. Keep at it and they'll meet up one of these cycles for you
I hate that! Try some aloe.
DD's Food Allergies: Peanuts and Rice, Outgrown Dairy!
8/09 Dx PCOS & Hashimoto's
BFP #2 12/13/11. Missed M/C at 11w5d, measured 8w6d. D&C 2/1/12
Never in my arms, but always in my heart.
LMAO! Wax missNikki! That helps!
Ok I posted already but I am patiently waiting for a reply! Any suggestions?
Chart looks good so far! Why did you discard CD28 and why the open circle today? Tomorrow is good - you'll be 14dpo then. Good luck!
Stalk me! Just got CH's for the first time over the weekend! How's it looking???
BTW: open circles = difficult time change in CA....
You're isn't so bad either! I've heard of some BFP charts with watery CM during your LP
From what I understand our bodies make it pretty hard on the sperm...from possibly hostile CM and a long way to swim to the egg that is hard to penetrate there are a lot of hurdles to go through...presumably to make sure only the highest quality sperm get to make a baby?
Your chart looks great and your timing looks great! I would wait until Sunday. Since you're only 8dpo, it's unlikely any symptoms you're noticing are from pregnancy though. Hang in there until Sunday. You can do it!
I hate it tooo...Use a product called "coochy cream" (no lie that is really the name) from Pure Romance dot com...keeps me from itiching no bumps no ingrown hair..perfect hooha every time!
Oh MissNikki - I wish I knew. That is the WORST feeling!!! My confession - I've actually cut myself with all the crotch scratching I've done when I've shaved my hoo-ha.
The standard recommendation is 14 DPO, but if you can't get there, at least try for 12!
Ugh, last cycle's does NOT sound fun! Thank god for an easy one this cycle! I blame your ute though.
For the itchy girl- try the banana boat aloe with lidocaine. Works like a charm. Also, the bikini zone gel works well, too.
I have a question. If taking antibiotics while on the pill can cause one to become pregnant by accident, will taking antibiotics while OFF the pill assist in conception? AND- why do antibiotics affect hormone levels, etc. I ask b/c I returned from a trip with a nasty bug bite and I am on antibiotics right now.
Haha - gross!
We have only been at it for 6 months..... but I think I am ready to write my ute n' eggs a nasty letter about poor performance. We haven't had any testing done yet because it's too early. But I must say that this journey to #2 has def been an interestingly different experience.

I think FF has it wrong. I think CD21 is your O date. Looks like the first +OPK was a fakeout. A few more temps and hopefully you'll get solid CHs.
I just spit my drink out!
:::fits of giggles:::
Gotcha! And that would be a horrible way to wake up with AF everywhere! Good luck tomorrow
yup, definitely start waxing!
Nope, I don't think it works like that - antibiotics won't help you get KU. The reason you can get KU by accident while on the pill is because they make the pill less effective - the pill is not regulating your hormones properly and you may ovulate as a result.
I've never heard of antibiotics affecting hormone levels though. What have you heard about this? I'm curious...
I always want my chart stalked
I really think our timing is going to suck this cycle but who knows!
OK, I'll "jump in" I've been lurking for a little while. This is our first cycle TTC. I'm not charting yet but I will probably start after a couple of cycles. I live in Iowa and have a fantastic husband and one insane Westie! I don't have any questions right now but I will surely ask if I think of any!
Thanks for inviting me to "jump in"! Its a little intimidating when everyone else seems to know each other already!
Don't give up hope - most couples (something like 90%) get pregnant within a year. You still have some time!
